The owners of this 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath single family home in Arroyo Grande had a love for mid-century modern design and contemporary accents. The 1970s home was transformed to be warm and inviting from the street while accenting mid-century flares inside and out. The outdated kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and master bedroom were all gutted to exaggerate the open plan concept while still inviting nature and views of the hills into the home at every turn.
