This modern style home was designed to take advantage of the views surrounding this private, quiet, gated suburban lot in the foothills of Springville. The home takes cues from traditional homes in this Central Valley town, but stands apart with its red modern front door and its frosted glass garage doors. This young family balanced the needs of the home with the large site so that their children could enjoy the outdoors as much as possible. The home is inviting, balanced, and well thought out, and it allows views of the outdoors in every room.
