The Delano Marketplace is a collection of retail spaces around large box stores in Delano, California. The design team was hired to design a 4500 square foot contemporary cold shell retail building for tenants to move in at a later date. The design was inspired by a set of projects in the area, and a clean and contemporary palette was applied to make the building blend into the aesthetic of the Delano Marketplace. A bank tenant decided to move in prior to completion and the design team worked with the tenant architect to perfect the design for the bank.
